Head pressure from pills or sinuses?!

Question:

Head pressure from pills or sinuses?

I just started taking the generic for Zoloft (setraline HCL) and ive had a lot of pressure in the top of my head and in my face (mainly behind my nose) im wondering if this could be from the pills or if its just my sinuses?

ive had the least side effects with this medication, im liking it so far.
