thank you for replying, so if i just go to the docters and copy and paste this and print it out and hand it to them , they'll make it stop? i won't be locked away forever?, should i tell my mum?

Hi, yeah print and take to the docs, actually 1 in 4 people may get a pshycotic episode in their lifetime for many different reasons, so you are not alone, just think and focus that once your mum and doc start helping you it can only get better and better every day. Meds these days can give you back your life.
