I asked most of my family, but they all give me different answers. So, I was wondering if any of you knew?
Answers:
It's an overstimulation of nerves in your mouth when you eat something really cold. It triggers pain receptors to your brain which makes you think it hurts. By pressing your tongue against the top of your mouth and warming it quickly - it can ease the brain freeze quicker.
