How can I rest my eyes without being scared about alone at home?

My dad forced me to sleep in the day. I want to but im scared coz im alone at home.. Can you help me coz im scared when im new at the place and alone...

and my mom.. actually im from the philippines. my mom and dad work in dubai so presently im in dubai, but i just arrived here last jun 5, 2007.. And I'm not used to this place.
