Whats sleep terror?
Well i sometimes scream while i,m asleep
I usually see spiders or so
Do u know how I can stop it!!?

Sleep / Night Terrors is an actual sleeping disorder. To check to see if you have it I recommend seeing a specialist; they will monitor your sleep patterns and diagnose you from there; I believe they do have medication for it.
