if you dont know im 13 and i started cutting about 10 hours ago ever since i cant stop thinking about doing it again. i have family problems that i cant share to much because if my mom or dad found out im no here im dead. i am homeschooled i dont have a doctor because im kinda new but not rele. im strssing over a TON of stuff...its like im carrying the world on my back and i cant stand up straight or itl squish me but sometimes i wish it owuld to get it over with. ever since i was 8 i had thoughts of suicide and cutting.. i tried to kill myself when i was 8 by jumping off a fence but i didnt as you can see... i cant go to anyone i cant call anyone and my parents are so over protective i really need help i cant tellmy friends cuz i have like only 2 and i dont want to loose them they are both a year younger also. i really REALLY need help :( all i am thinking of right now is wrting this which is hard enough and cutting myself and finding a sharper tool. im really scared. please help!!!

i cant trust anyone it is extremly hard for me to trust. i just wish that it would end all of it :( every thing about it i just want it to be over :'(

If you just started cutting then it is easier to stop. Put the sharp something (were you cutting yourself with) away, trow it away or something. After that you should do something that keeps your mind of not thinking about cutting, like watching your favorite show or something else.
