Why cant i focus?
Im having trouble focusing, i dont think it's my eyesight but i cant seem to even read a paragraph. I hope it's not adhd i have had symptoms of depression. I want to take something that will somehow correct this symptom of not being able to do anything- cant read a book, write, barely anything at all- but i am afraid of taking something like an adhd medication- such as ritalin or adderall....can anyone recommend a safe drug i can ask my doctor to take that would cure this huge problem?
I have been taking lots of caffeine and its been affecting me badly- making me very anxiouse---and other things too...

I know i dont have too much energy. I have too little. I exercise but it's not enough. Oh and my doctor is really bad at giving advice, he gave me samples of provigil which only kept me awake...not actually gave me energy.

Try Strattera it have no side effects and it isnt a narcotic either
