How ca I end my Yahoo Answers addiction?

I am not too addicted to YA but want to leave it cause it is unhealthy for my mental health( really big Aholes in here) that are really rude and it pisses me off affecting my normal life

Choose more mature catagories in YA. I'm new, however I agree, lots of kiddies here.
