KLONOPIN, VALIUM, ATIVAN, SERAX, or LIBRIUM? Which is the most effective for tre!

KLONOPIN, VALIUM, ATIVAN, SERAX, or LIBRIUM? Which is the most effective for treating social phobias or panic?

I'm aware Alprazolam (Xanax), Clonazepam (Klonopin), Diazepam (Valium), Lorazepam (Ativan), Oxazepam (Serax), and Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) treat more severe anxiety disorders, but which is the most effective for treating social phobias or panic? Can someone share a personal experience on any of these prescription drugs? I've never had to take a benzodiazepine, so I'm not sure how they're suppose to make you feel. Any help would be much appreciated!

Oh! I've taken Vicodin for the pain I was in when all four of my wisdom teeth were removed at once. Do benzos make you feel the same way? I was just extremely lethargic on Vicodin to the point where I couldn't function or think straight!

Whoops! I forgot Xanax in my initial question!

I suffer from panic disorder and social phobias also due to schizophrenia. I take Adivan now, but have tried the others in the past. Adivan works best for me because it relaxes me without making me feel doped up. I have more confidence in social situations and I also use it for driving, which I quit for 9 years due to panic disorder. Now I drive everywhere with no problem or side effects.

Both Xanax and Adivan are very addictive, so only take them when necessary. When I went off of xanax, I was very sick for 6 weeks. I only take Adivan a few times a week. Hope that helps.
