Empty feelings?!

Empty feelings?
Why do i keep having this empty feeling? I dont know what it could mean, im with a wonderful boyfriend, although im going through job changes, im 24, and just feeling this empty blah feeling, anyone know what is this about?

everybody said my life was perfect
i didn't see it the same way
i didn't see myself as smart or funny or beautiful
i just felt empty
my days were meaningless in my eyes
i felt that if i did go
nobody would miss me
i just felt empty
i was diagnosed with depression
and i am currently medicated
