Question:

Trying to get over my anxiety by writing in my diary...any ideas?

I need to write stuff in my journal to fill up some pages and help me get over my anxiety. Any ideas? Like fun stuff I can write, lists (top ten jobs I want to do), and any other things I should write about. I usually write A LOT but lately I don't know what to write about. The panic attacks have just blocked my whole mind.

Write about your most favorite Christmas holiday and why/about your feelings about God/about your best friend and some of the fun things you've done together/your best summer vacation/the things that you like most about yourself/the things that you'd like to change about yourself/your favorite grandparent and how she or he has always been there for you/your favorite music, or songs, and why you like them/about places that you really want to visit and learn about/list two things every day that you're grateful for/how a sunny warm day makes you feel/about how much fun it was (and is!) to play in the puddles on a rainy day/about your first kiss............etc. Sometimes just writing about the simple and everday things can be very calming..and also very enlightening. Take good care...and special thoughts.
