Signed off work with stress. Is it normal for my work to ring me and write to me asking to see me.?
Answers:
In the UK yes it is.
If you belong to a union get in touch with them, they can arrange for someone to be with you and/or give you advice.
If you are not in a union my advice would be to have a witness with you.
