I make no sense when I wake up?!

I make no sense when I wake up?

Several times I've stayed up late and then early in the morning I get a phone call. When I talk on the phone I noticed I really dont make any sense and I have to keep correcting everything I say, but even my corrections are sometimes messed up. I sound like a complete crazy retarded fool!?! I just cant think straight.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is there something wrong with my brain when I first wake up in the morning?

When you wake up it means you are waking up.when you are awake it means you are awake.it takes a few minutes to wake up.everyone talks nonsense when they wake up and immidiately must talk
