I have been dealing with a pretty severe case of depression for a while now.....?
Lately I have been having some pretty dark dreams about my own life coming to an end.
Have you ever had a really vivid dream that left you "shaken" after you had it?

If you've had severe depression for a long time it may be your subconsience mind playing on your fears about death and dying. Talking about this with a psyciatrist or councelor may be help releive there severity, and you may want to consider talking to your psyciatrist about some of the newer medications for helping you get a more restful sleep.
