Can't go wrong with over 500 support groups for all kinds of life challenges and medical issues. I'm assuming 'fluffer' is a drug term? Whatever it is, hope you can find help at DailyStrength.
*edit: Oh...that's what a fluffer is. Either way, there are lots of different support groups here with many people who are more than willing to hear you out and support you. At least they can try to point you in the right direction!
