Answers:

I have had experience of coming off seroquel. I was put on it alongside effexor and found it did help when I was very anxious. However it was a problem when I tried to wean myself off it - I suffered with insomnia, bad aches and general anxiety. I then asked that I come off them more gradually - took over 6 mths to come off them completely. For the next few months you will need to find other ways of calming your mind esp at night. I started doing yoga - very light stuff breathing techs etc... that did help but my brain still was busy at night. Then resorted to swimming which was surprisingly helpful. These are just suggestions - not for 1 min am I suggesting exercise will cure you - I know how terrible things can be - they are just distraction techniques. I wish you well and send kind thoughts - remember you are not alone...
