ever since i watch the exorsist and the exorsism of emily rose i am scared to sleep alone andi think about it often.
Answers:
I know this sounds stupid, but if those shows are really bothering you that much. Watch them again, and again and again....You get the point. After many times of watching them, you will start to be desensitized to the images that are causing you fear. Kind of like seasoned paramedics, nothing shocks them. So, I would suggest watching them until it's not an issue.
