One guy that comes over he looks at things he would let you know that you need to clean this up and so on.. But this woman that comes over all she does is set on her computer and does nothing at all she go out said and smokes.. I told them that if they are going to have a care giver to come over have one thatdoes some thing Do not have one that come over and does nothing I don't have time for that .. I don't like smokes that get my plce not smalling good DID i do the right Thing ???

Yes you did the very right thing. If your needs are specifically not being met by a ward they need to know about it.

A caregiver is just that. Not a lazy bum who doesn't actually do anything. Find out if you can specifically request a person (like the man you mentioned).

Second, report her to her superiors. If she is doing it at your place, she is going to do it somewhere else, and in that case, there maybe very young children involved.
