What's better for anxiety and depression, sativas or indicas?
I have a medical marijuana prescription. I only smoke the best kush.
Answers:
Indicas would probably be a better choice for anxiety, as some Sativas can be paranoia inducing, and Indicas are traditionally considered more relaxing. However, a Sativa may actually be better for depression.
If you have legal access to medical marijuana, the best way to find out which strain works the best with your symptoms is to try out a variety. Most compassion clubs have a variety of strains to choose from and are happy to help you choose.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, Kush is predominantly Indica. Enjoy! :D
