I need to just...talk.?

I am so stressed, I just want to talk to people. Just post anything you want to say to the world. And if you want put your email:

I have been having anxiety attacks, and panic attacks, and I am trying so hard to calm myself down. I have just gotten dizzy and it is so hard to hide them from my parents. I'm only thirteen. Not to mention I have an orthodontist appointment this Wednesday and I'm in trouble because I haven't been wearing my rubber bands...and he scares me.
I feel sick and I'm in mental pain and I would just feel really good if I could hear from people...I am constantly checking my email because it feels good to have people talk to me that care, and I panic when they don't respond. I'll just keep clicking the "check email" button until I get one or my computer freezes.

I do have friends in the real world...they don't understand because they haven't gone through this. Except one, but I don't have a lot of ways to contact him.

It is enough, stop kidding yourself, stop day dreaming, get up take shower, change dress do your hair into new style, check your nails, stand in front of the mirror and try to recognize who is she/he, does she/he resemble what you mentioned in your question? no not a chance, what you see is real you and the mirror never lies, it shows you what you are. And what you are is a vibrant personality smile and all will give you smile back.
