I'm always bored?!

I'm always bored?

I Just turned 20 years old about a month ago and I've had this problem MY WHOLE LIFE! seriously!

I get amazingly bored, constantly! Even when theres a MILLION things that I could be doing (Go online, watch tv, clean my room, go swimming in our pool, scrapbooking..) suggestions are countless...yet for some reason they all sound crappy! People constantly make suggestions But they all sound very unappealing!

A typical day for me is very busy. Sometimes after I get out of work my boyfirend and I will go to the mall or the movies, or for a walk - yet when its finished and time to go back home, i get really depressed and bored ((I do struggle with slight depression))...

I'm always sick of doing the same old things (Going to the movies, out to eat, for a walk, to the mall)...yet theres not many 'new' things to do ...and i'm not the 'dancing clubbing' type.

I think I'm just writing this becuase i'm BORED! any suggestions?

I get that too. Although my therapist said it's because I have antisocial personality disorder. I told him to eat ****.
