Treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?

My mom has it and I just found out while searching asthma triggers on a health site. Besides meds, what else can help her? She has a problem of going in the shower and washing her hands too long and just being too clean in general.

She does have it, I'm not lying. She is washing her hands for hoursdaily and wakes up first to get to the restroom first and comes out after her hands are red and raw!!!!
