I've looked on the magellan provider list to no avail

In case no one from Manhattan answers, to find a doctor please try the American Medical Associations Doctor Finder. It will give you lots of info:
doctor's name
address
phone number
hours
education patient reviews
and more

I don't remember if it lists what insurance the doctors use or not but since a phone number is provided, it would be simple to call the office and ask. What is nice is that there are patient reviews so you can find out what patients thought of the doctor.
