Okay...This will probably sound weird, but I can't sleep in some places. I mean...I can sleep perfectly if I'm on the couch with the TV on, or if I'm sharing a bed with someone else. But, if I have to sleep in a bedroom alone, I start feeling anxious for some reason, and I'm not able to sleep. Even if I take sleeping pills, it still doesn't help. Anyone know what might be wrong with me? And, on a side note, I've been suffering from severe depression for a while now.

Answers:

Your sleeping anxiety is a symptom of your depression. You should talk about it with your therapist. It may or may not be necessary to help you out with medication. That cannot be judged via yahoo.

However, one thing I do have to say is: hang on in there! Believe me, depressions can be healed and will go away, and there is a life worth living for after the depression is over.
