Whatever normal is, this sounds like it. Did she day this out of the blue or was it in response to something else? Conflict is normal in any relationship.
I would suggest that you get involved in something outside of school or as someone else suggested join a volunteer program. Puberty is not easy at all. You have so many changes going on in your body that it can really help have an outlet. I chose the martial arts.
