What the best way to relax?

i get hella stress out with school, work , and then family stuff. i also feel slightly depress and frustrated with life. is there like anyway at all when a stressfull situation come to me for me to relax or be like a lay back kind of person. Like is there any method i can think about, say to my self about, or imagine about? thank you for your time people

take the anxieties out of your mind is the key of all. if you're having some pressures recently, let them out by talking to a friend or take a walk...etc. nowadays people to be depressed and anxious and angry easily. so watch out for the sources of all the anxieties and pressures around you, be it the voices, stresses from workplace or home, or your parents being so kept an eye on your every steps, and so on. so you'd be easy off while you'd take your "minute anxieties" seriously.
