How to concentrate in the work?(I will pick the best answer after 4 hours)?

I'm going to the work now,I didn't really sleep well...I'm afraid I can't concentrate in the work....what should I do now?

iam an engineer and work as project manager,so if i didn't concentrate it will be a disaster!


Answers:

Try waking up your mind with sideways figure 8s on a piece of paper. Go over and over and over them. It's supposed to get the brain working.

Also if you can take a few 'breaks' get up, walk around pop your back...I don't know where you work so I really can't give you many suggestions.
