Was there ever someone who told you to call and you wanted to but never did?
If so, why?
I never did due to shyness and ruined it.
Another time I did because I didn't know how she felt about me. Another time I didn't due to lack of money. Ahh.. Three times, ruined it. No more though.

I can definitely relate to this question and your first two answers. So many times, I allowed shyness and fear of rejection to prevent me from approaching someone or calling on the phone. Additionally, I sometimes feel as if I would not know what to say to the person, especially if we're just getting to know each other. And time continues to pass by. I allow my mind to come up with all sorts of reasons for not contacting someone that I'm really interested in, but I conquer it by telling myself, whatever happens, happens. I'd rather live with the rejection from making an attempt to talk to the person, than live with the regret of not knowing if it could have turned into something good.
