Living Quarters?
This person has been taken cared by his parents since birth, he's 50 years old and never worked a decent job. He's a nice person and well mannered too, but has a weak personality and healthly. The father had died a fews years ago, the mother now is on her death bed. I tried happy him for employment, but he's not mentally ready. Any suggustions where I can direct this person to live. He's like a pet ! He's no dumby too and handy. He's just a WEAK soul !

It's sad that this has been allowed to happen. It's almost as if his parents have loved him too much. There's no sense expecting your friend to look for work when his mother is dying. And he is probably taking this very hard.
It's not your place to find this fellow a home. His mother may have already made some provisions for a family member or friend to look after those details. It's nice that you're concerned, but right now he probably just needs someone to talk to.
