Does anyone on here suffer with Social Anxiety?
I have been suffering with this for 3 years now and its driving me mad, i just wish i could just snap out of it:(
I go red all the time and sometimes just want to curl up under a blanket and stay there!
I have been on tablets, counselling, hypnotherapy , herbal medicine, i try to face the problems that scare me like supermarkets but i just have a panic attack and feel like a d**k!
No-one understands what its like unless you have suffered it x

Very much so its so bad that my psychologist told me that it was avoidant personality disorder :(
