How do you cure a bad habit of naps during the afternoon?!


Question:

How do you cure a bad habit of naps during the afternoon?

I sleep really late, most of the time is 2 or 3 and 1 a.m if i am lucky. I sleep so late because i take naps during the afternoon. My grades are slipping. Does anyone know what i can do to stop taking naps? HELLPPP PLEASEE!

i tried running for two weeks right after school around my neighborhood, but i still came home tired and couldn't concentrate on my homework so i'd knock out.

This happenned to me and someone suggested that I was dehydrated. So when I felt fatigued in the afternoon I just drank a bottle of water (make sure it's water and not juice or caffeine). Also try a high protein, healthy snack. No sugar. In addition try slowing down earlier in the evening. Keep it dark and quiet to get your body prepared for sleep. This worked wonders for me...even stopped me from falling asleep in class!
