How can I get my abuser (mother) to acknowledge that she was (and is) an abuser. She doesn't see it or acts
like she doesn't and it's hard to pinpoint b/c it's emotional and verbal. She acts like b/c it's not physical (as her parents abused her) it's no big deal and we should be grateful for all our material things.

There is no way unless you can find an article pertaining to verbal and emotional abuse and print it out and leave it lay where she will read it. Your mother doesn't know that what she does is wrong. You can also talk to a school counselor about this or someone from social services and they will help you.
