Memory problems?!

Memory problems?

i cant remember much of anything anymore. ill study 3 hours for a test and not know a thing during it, ill ask a question and ask it again 3 minutes later not realizing i already had.
i was on ritalin and prozac but i went off them because they made my mood swings intensified. aaand i felt like a psycho.

First you are NOT a psycho. You can feel crazy but that doesn't mean you are. You said you use to take Ritalin, which probably means you have ADD/ ADHD... Which means there is an explanation for your "bad" memory, ADD/ ADHD! Plus if you went off your medication; especially Ritalin that helps your memory and concentration, you are going to be more distracted and forgetful. It sucks not being able to remember test material.
Having ADD/ADHD your brain gets board and will not retain boring info. Try making flash cards or walking around memorizing? My advice is go back to your doctor and tell him whats going on; medication does help but maybe this combo is not your cup of tea.. Good luck!
