Is there anything I can take to sleep less???
im in my 20s and for as far as I can remember I have needed at least 10-12 hours of sleep.......I know thats oversleeping but im so used to it....are there any medications I can take??? when I take coffee I cant sleep until 2 or 3 am so I wake up even later...please help.

Buy an alarm clock with a loud alarm (they make those) and put it across the room so you have to get out of bed!! Don't drink coffee after 6 pm. (drink decaf.) I like 9-10 hours too. So if you're lucky enough to be able to sleep that much, good for you!! You have to listen to your body. Set the alarm for 10 hours sleep. If you're feeling really rested, but you WANT to sleep less, then set the alarm for 9 hours of sleep. If you feel tired, go back to 10 hours. You'll figure it out. Good luck, kiddo! :)
