What are signs of depression?
i'm 16, female. i dont kno if i'm just going through a rough year or if its depression and i dont want to sound dramatic, but i cant help but wonder if its more than just a tough time.

You are 16, you are supposed to be depressed. Not a kid anymore, so you cant do kid things, not an adult yet, so you cant do adult things. Hey, we all went through it, just enjoy it while it lasts. Strange though, when we get older and look back at our high school years, usually we remember the good things, the things that we couldn't notice when we were living it. Just enjoy where you are now as strange as it seems to say. It will all change in a few years. You will move away from home, get your own life, and look back and realize it wasn't so bad, because going through it made you the person you are. So don't worry, all of this is making you the person you will be, stronger, smarter, better.
