Schizophrenia? I keep hearing people talking/gossiping badly about me behind my back.?

I keep hearing people talking/gossiping badly about me behind my back at workplaces and I have been changing jobs because of that....

I'm confused if it's caused by my low self-esteem or is it Schizophrenia, or maybe I'm just not a likeable person?

Is there any solution to my problem?

Some people don't know how to handle things. Some mean no harm. Try not to allow people to run you out of your job. Those people probably think they are being discreet but they are don't know how to handle things.
If you don't feel like saying something to them; just ignore their behavior. You have enough to deal with without having to satisfy them. They are pitiful by wasting their time talking about something they probably know nothing about.
If you want to...why don't you leave some information about Schizophrenia some where so they can read about it. Maybe they will start being nicer.
