I seem to have two personalities could i be schizophrenic?!

I seem to have two personalities could i be schizophrenic?

one i seem to be happy and bubbly
and the other i seem really low and down
i can seem to change form one to the other at the slightest flick of a switch

i cant seem to decide what mood i will be in and even though i say i must stop acting in a bad low depressed mood theat dosent seem to stop it

could i be bi polar, but wouldnt that mean having highs for a few weeks and lows for a few weeks
this seems to happen one hour to the next

thank you for your advice, i am on medication, and i see a psychiatrist every couple of weeks
i have been diagnosed ocd ptsd anxiety depression panic attacks and paranoia
