When I was transferring from Lexapro to Cymbalta, I would feel like a slight jerk or funny sensation and loud noises loud talking just makes me insane. It makes me irritable and takes a while to calm down. I do sometimes have a panic attack after these "spells". It still happens occasionally.

Answers:

Sparkles, let me describe the feeling(s) in detail. Any sound and any movement produces a very painful headrush that is equivalent to a "zap" or a "zip" - and I mean EVERYTHING - from passing a tree to a car door closing to someone talking. It is a most painful and most unpleasant experience. I experienced it twice - once after taking Senequan and the next after taking Prozac. And both were accompanied by panic attacks. That's why I take neither and hope you don't ever experience "zaps."
