Why do i feel paranoia?
I smoked weed 2 days ago, and once and a while i jus get really scarred and start freakin out. Will this stop after it all gets out of my body? How do i tell if it was laced with somthing?

By looking at your other questions, I suspect you are a teenager. Maybe you feel that somebody is going to find out. Just don't do it again, it's pretty much the same thing as suicide.
