Are these panic attacks? am not sure?!
Question:
Are these panic attacks? am not sure?
am not sure if these are panic attacks am having or somthing elts. i asume thire panic attacks as it as all the "symptoms" of it. i.e
* swetty palms
* felling dizzy
* feeling like am dreaming
* Confusion
* tightness in the chest
But i DON'T have a racing hart beat, so does this mean its somthing elts? or am i just being stupid?

That is what I have, but I have more symptoms. You could just be starting to get a panic disorder. If you feel comfortable (and I don't), you should talk to a doctor and try to find out if there is something bothering you or if it is just a health issue.
