Do u ever look at yourself and feel your looking at someone else??
when i look in the mirror i feel asif im looking at someone else...ive been looking at some fotos been taken last nite and it really dosent look like me, well i feel im looking at someone else..has this happened to anyone else??

Well, when I look at pictures of when I was in grade three, I hardly recognize myself. Mind you, I'm a completely different person now then I was in grade three. I have Autism you see, and although now I'm EXTREMELY high-functioning now, I wasn't when I was in grade three. I was selfish and bossy, and I was overweight, which probably adds to that. Now I look at photos of me in the past year or so and I do see me in them...although I know that I look prettier in real life since I CAN'T take a good picture. Nobody in my family can take a good picture!
Try to avoid looking at a mirror if you feel this way, as it really can affect your self-esteem. I tend to obsess about my body if I look in a full length mirror, so I don't have one in my home.
