Vaseline for dryness is fine (don't get the mentholated). Unless you have contaminated the Vaseline it is safe to use. It is best if you have your own jar of Vaseline and only you use it, just make sure your fingers are clean when dipping them in. You'll have to experiment on the amount you use, just put some on your shaft and try it. You'll know, but start with a moderate amount first and work your way up.

conditioner works great! try it sometime vaseline is all petroleum which will dry you out if you don't keep putting it on. Its like chapstick. once you quit putting it on your lips get chapped.

Not the smartest of ideas, but then again i guess it's smarter then using icy-hot!

By the way doctors have made it clear 2 use ONLY water based lubricants & Vasiline is not 1! And if you do decide to use it - it will probably take longer to get it off then you took to get off.

If you masturbate while you are in the shower then you have a lubricant right there. Get a handful of shampoo and go to town. This has the added benefit of making sure that your penis is nice and clean. Think of it as a deep rub cleaning. If you do end up using shampoo, you may want to consider some lotion since the soap and the "deep cleaning" action will really dry you out down there. Alternately, conditioner also works very well, is also often available, and does not dry you out. However, for some men use of soap, shampoo, and/or conditioner causes an intense burning, tingling sensation when washing the makeshift lube off. So be careful with this method. or K Y Jelly

Women should use water based lube. because they produce natural lube that keeps it slick. Men do not produce that natural lube. therefor water based products will dry out and become sticky. Men need an oil based product such as Albolene, a makeup remover and moisturizer. (Very good). Also elbow grease is good.
