Not permanently sterilise, but it can kill the sperm that are in your nuts at that time, or the ones being made.
In fact there was a study that showed men who regularly had long hot baths actually found it harder to impregnate their partners.
It's definitely not a realiable method of birth control though!

only if you're tryin to get preggers. In one tribal culture in africa, they actually soak in water over 105 degrees for about 15 minutes as a birth control.
Like Harriet said, not permanently, but maybe for the next 24 hours your sperm won't be effective. Don't rely on it as a means of birth control though!
