How do i get rid of this cold????????!


Question: I have the runny/stuffy nose, cruddy throat and I'm extremely tired. It really sucks because I have an entire 5br house to freaking clean by tomorrow at like 3pm because I'm having a bunch of friends from home stay over the weekend.

What should I do/take??

Take Alka Seltzer Cold it works wonders...I take it anytime I have a cold and I am as "good as new" within 20 mins.

    • Take Advil or Motrin....and if that doesn't work over the next couple of days...get to the doctor.

    Drink plenty of water and get some rest....like NOW.
    vicks vapour rub!! haha!!
    You cant get rid of the actual cold but to ease the symptoms:
    hot salty liquids such as chicken noodle soup and or broth help a cruddy throat and upset tummy.
    Sudafed or nasal decongestant help clear up nose and sinuses.
    Ibuprofen help with aches and pains.
    Kleenex is obvious.
    Wash your hands, drink lots of clear fluids (washes out the cold virus faster) and get lots of rest (rebuilds bodys immune system).
