You yourself are above average. The average for an erect adult penis is almost 6 inches. The only things that find a bigger average are surveys where guys measure themselves (thus exaggerate). Here are some studies listed:

An average sized adult penis (you, and the people in your locker room aren't adults yet) is around 6 inches. People saying their penis is 14-15 inches long are full of it. Don't worry about it, and tell them to go away. :)
14 and 15 is such a lie. My bf is 26 and his is probably about 7. 6 is pretty average. I'd say your set.
Majority of boys are circumsized, but I don't see why that makes a difference though.

The average size of a flacid (non-erect) penis is 4-5 inches. I can honestly say that I can remember seeing a guy hanging 6 inches in the locker room but never longer than that.
If your penis is 7 inches or more erect (hard), you would be above average.
There have been documented cases of guys having erections well over 12 inches but that is rare. Anything over 8 inches is considered huge and guys 9 inches and over are considered enormous. I assure you, your peers do not have flacid penises hanging 14-15 inches.
Don't be afraid of changing in the locker room. You get used to it after a while. (By the way, the cool water in a swimming pool causes a guy's penis to temporarily shrink, so don't be afraid of that either.)
You are above average to large! What size are you when soft? Is that why you're afraid? Are you getting erections in the locker room?
You're classmates are just as worried as you, that's why they have 14-15 inch penises. Normal human size is 5-6 inches for an adult man, so 7 at your age is considered above average, even by adult standards. Don't be afraid to change in the locker room, and be sure to subtlety check your classmates expressions when they see your endowment, if they register shock, you can catch them in their lies.

If you see a 14 or 15 incher, take a picture of it and post it on the internet. The average ADULT male penis, fully erect--in other words, all your male teachers, for example---is between 5 1/2 and 6 inches. If you are really 7 inches then you are huge for your age and you should flaunt that behemoth betweeen your legs in the locker room and make all the other guys jealous. Becuase I bet no one else has one that size.
As to being embarrassed being nude, no reason, all guys have the same equipment, all works the same way, you all pee and crap, so what. Just be natural and normal, and feel normal to be nude in front of other guys.
I dont think they make underpants big enough to hold 14 or 15 inchers.
