The best is muscle building exercises. Building muscles also requires lots of protiens. Some protien drinks will help, but you take them and exersise together.
Just remember your certain body type may not be capable of building muscles like the professional body builder types.
You will probably be like me, and be a stong thin wirery guy the rest of your life, until your 40 then it will turn into a big beer belly, and then you will spend the rest of your life trying to get rid of it..
