How can I Get a six-pack, whats the best book out there?!

I personally used to struggle myself with my weight, had major problems and thought enough was enough until I came across the product in the "source". This e-book, is excellent because not only did I lose weight but after 3 months of intense workouts I lost several pounds. And guess what? - I had a beer belly and now I have ABS thanks to this excellent e book. I highly recommend it.

dont have to read any books about it...just simply go to the local iquer store and there are plenty of ones to pick...personally i prefer corona

You gotta do LOTS of sit-ups, prob over 500 per day. My girl roommate had a 6 pack, but she did 500+ sit ups per day. It is hard work and you gotta be very committed, every single day. Good Luck!

jog and exercise. books don't really help with abs. unless ur using them as weights on your stomach when doing crunches.

go to the gym and hire a private trainer they can keep you at your pace, be careful books can tell you what to do but they dont know how much you can take dont over do yourself

the best way to get a six pack is to get out and do it and its a combo of different things the main thing is to run really it will help you to tighten the ab muscles up and then you couple that with sit ups flutter kicks and russian twists after a few months of that depending on your waist size now you should start to see results if your like me and a lil chunky around the waist then it will take longer but if your dedicated to it then you will have one ive seen ppl get em in a summer... but it depends on your dedication

If you are referring to six - pack abs, and are serious, find a local gym,or fitness club.Most will offer classes,then find one with an abdominal training class.I did crunches for years with little effect,then I joined one of these classes.It was called "Just Abs With Jenna." I had reservations at first,the room was full of women,beautiful women, but the routine that the instructor demonstrated was incredible.She also instructed how to "feel" your abs work,and how to "push" them.The combination of this grueling 15- minute routine, and a room full of beautiful women, helped push me beyond what I would normally do. I have since then, begun my own,modified routine at home,which I do almost every day.Of course none of this will work with out a balanced diet,heavy on protein,Light on carbohydrates and sugar.And the six-pack from the liquor store will harm the process more than I could tell you!
