What is 'that certain special part of a male's body'?!

Question: I saw that Extenze commercial again last night, this time it was on at 2:30am. Someone suggested before here on my last related question that I should be able to figure it out from the segment on 'Sex Talk'. But they still skirted around the issue. There is NO mention of a beanus either, so get your minds out of the gutter. Why would a company spend hundreds of $1000's on advertising and NEVER mention WTF they are enhancing? The closest they would get is having a guy say he got bigger. Huh? A bigger belly? A bigger head? Just overalll bigger? I'm still stumped. I'm going to have to watch it again tonight if you people can't helpl me!

How come all the men she talks happen to be taking it?

Seriously? What one aspect of a man's anatomy do some men wish were bigger? yes, of course it must be their belly. No wait, It's their head! yes, that's it!!

It has to be his wallet. That's the only way a guy could get a girl 1/3 his age. My initial thought was the schlong, but even if it is huge, a wrinkly old one is not attractive.

Are you kidding. It is the penis. The reason they don't say it is because they can have more fun by not saying it. They can talk around it and make a serious situation into something light.

Seriously their ego is the only thing that gets bigger.
