no it isn't. I didn't start until I was 23. And the only reason I started was to learn to inhale weed. If someone had told me how addictive those things were, I'd have never started. So go ahead..........get addicted, spend tons of money on them, make yourself look older than you are, and ruin your lungs. Heck, you've only got this life. Enjoy the emphysema and cancer you'll likely get.
