If you're shy change in private. If you don't care observe what others are doing and go along with the local mores. If you're an exhibitionist, don't. Change in private, as it is not fair or right to involve others in your personal pleasures without their consent.

This'll either sort out or make worse any insecurities you might have about ur body. you can always change in the stalls, but then how would u all check each other out? ;P
its a perfectly normal guy thing to have a laugh about this sort of thing in the locker room.- thats in a school locker room,
if its one at a local rec centre, you can still do it, granted there'll be other guys there too, most of them u probly won't c again and they'll be of a few different ages, so u would have to b careful.
As long as ur just there to shower and change and not to flap ur little bloke about and check out other guys u should b fine. :)

yes that is fine to do at your age. just be careful because it is a public recreation center and there are people older than you. so, just go in do what you need to do and leave, don't let anyone aproach you and if you feel ofended or harassed by someone report it and kick em in the nuts. otherwise its fine to do it in school.
